Gembecki Mechanical Services offers a residential preventative maintenance program known as our Comfort Club. We recommend, and some manufacturers require, routine maintenance of your air conditioning system once or twice a year to ensure optimum performance.
By becoming a comfort club member. Members will receive a 15% discount off repair parts only, up to $250 per visit.
Routine Inspection includes:
- Routine inspection of central air conditioning and heating equipment
- Check voltage and amperage
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Check air temperature across evaporator
- Check air filter (s)
- Check motor mounts and belts
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Check and flush drain lines
- Check electrical connections and wiring
- Check time delay circuit
- Check contactors and capacitors
- Check service caps for o-rings
- Check subcool and superheat
- Lubricate motors
- Coil inspection
- Evaluate drain pan condition
- Rinse condenser coil
